9-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Pictorial Review, 'The simplicity of this frock is its distinction.  The blouse may be made with or without the applied front section, and with long sleeves in two styles or three-quarter sleeves.  The back may be slit to the waist and buttoned at the neck, or seamed part way.  A panel front adds interest to the attached skirt'.

3/8" seams are given.

Size 16 fits 34" bust, 28" waist, 37" hip.
